The Studio
A calm room and a small class
Naira Sarkian founded Bodies and Pilates as a small, independent, woman-owned reformer studio in North Hollywood. We keep it simple: never more than 7 people in a class, professional Merrithew reformers, and experienced instructors who watch how you move.
When you walk in, the wall says it's a good day to do Pilates, and if you forgot your grip socks we have a pair for you at the studio. Your instructor sets your springs and coaches your form through every exercise.

Getting Here
Neighborhoods we serve
Most of our clients come from North Hollywood and the neighborhoods around it. Here is the way in from each, and where to park.
- North Hollywood
- We are at 5251 Vineland Ave, Suite 6. Metered street parking is available on Weddington St and Vineland Ave.
- Toluca Lake
- Head west along Riverside Dr, then north on Vineland Ave. Metered street parking is available on Weddington St and Vineland Ave.
- Valley Village
- Magnolia Blvd brings you east toward Vineland Ave. Metered street parking is available on Weddington St and Vineland Ave.
- Studio City
- Vineland Ave runs north from Ventura Blvd straight to the studio, so it is one road most of the way.
- Burbank
- Magnolia Blvd runs west from Burbank's Magnolia Park into North Hollywood. Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class to park and settle in.
